With over 18 years of dedicated experience in caregiving, I have had the privilege of working with individuals battling Alzheimer’s, Dementia, strokes, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, and more. My passion for geriatric care is deeply rooted in my journey, which began with a heartfelt desire to make a difference in the lives of the elderly. My Journey Leaving my home country to build a better future for my family, I started my career in housekeeping in Trinidad. After seven and a half years, I transitioned to caregiving—a role that quickly became my calling. My first patient had Alzheimer's disease, and that experience shaped my understanding of what it truly means to provide care with patience, respect, and love. Our philosophy is grounded in delivering personalized, dignified, and professional care to all who call our facility home. Qualifications & Expertise I hold a Master’s Degree and Diploma in Nursing and a Advanced MBA Degree in senior Hospital and Health Service Management for Nursing, I undergone specialized training in geriatric care management. My extensive experience working with diverse patients has equipped me to lead Gentle Hands with empathy, professionalism, and unwavering dedication.
